Welcome to Coastal Tide. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

Definitions

• "Client" refers to the individual or organisation that engages Coastal Tide's services.
• "Consultancy" refers to Coastal Tide and its representatives.

Services

1. Scope of Services: Coastal Tide offers strategic consultancy services including, but not limited to, brand development, marketing strategy, and digital transformation.
2. Engagement: The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for services will be outlined in a separate contract agreed upon by the Client and the Consultancy.

Payment Terms

1. Fees: Fees for services will be detailed in the contract. Payments are due as specified in the contract.
2. Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the contract.

Confidentiality

1. Client Information: The Consultancy agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.
2. Consultancy Information: The Client agrees to keep all proprietary information of the Consultancy confidential.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: All intellectual property created by the Consultancy during the engagement remains the property of the Consultancy until full payment is received.
2. Usage: Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables as outlined in the contract.

Termination

1. By Client: The Client may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination will be due.
2. By Consultancy: The Consultancy may terminate the agreement if the Client breaches any terms and fails to remedy such breach within 10 days of receiving notice.

Limitation of Liability

The Consultancy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Changes to Terms

Coastal Tide reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.
